Chocolate Banana Cream Pudding

Ingredients;

  • 4 small frozen bananas, cut into rounds
  • 120mL coconut milk
  • 2 T raw cacao powder
  • strawberries or blueberries, for serving

Method:

  1. In a  food processor or high-speed blender, pulse the bananas, coconut milk and cacao powder until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve with sliced strawberries and/or blueberries.
  3. Eat immediately to prevent melting.
