Chocolate Banana Cream Pudding
Ingredients;
- 4 small frozen bananas, cut into rounds
- 120mL coconut milk
- 2 T raw cacao powder
- strawberries or blueberries, for serving
Method:
- In a food processor or high-speed blender, pulse the bananas, coconut milk and cacao powder until smooth and creamy.
- Serve with sliced strawberries and/or blueberries.
- Eat immediately to prevent melting.
